UK customers

Damaged items

Return the items using Royal Mail and If the items are unopened but clearly damaged then please send them back like that. We will refund the cost of the postage back to you.

Incorrect items

If we’ve sent you the wrong things please return them unopened and unused by the Royal Mail and we will refund you the cost of postage once we have received the items back and check they are eligible for a refund.

Unwanted items

If you’ve changed your mind about something then please return the items you no longer want. You will have to pay the return postage but we advise you have this tracked as we are not responsible if the items do not make it back to us.

Replacement or refund?

For damaged or incorrect items we will send out a replacement where possible. If a replacement isn’t available, or if you would prefer, we will offer you a store credit or refund (your choice).

For unwanted items that you are returning because you’ve changed your mind and they are unopened and have not been worn, let us know if you want a replacement. Otherwise we will issue a store credit or refund (your choice).

Who pays for the return postage?
